Sunday, April 26

We’re working with Repair the World Pittsburgh to rally friends and colleagues to help “Pitch in 2 Pitch In” and clean up our East Liberty neighborhood this afternoon.

Afterwards, a bunch of us are heading over to ARTisan Pittsburgh‘s gallery party to celebrate their efforts in raising over $40k on their Kickstarter campaign to help them stay #OpenOnPenn.

Monday, April 27

Each week, we convene a growing number of diverse, young entrepreneurs at UnstuckPittsburgh, and will be moving to our new event digs at Repair the World today.

Planning meeting for our upcoming CREATE Festival Workshop in June.

Les Gies and I have an afternoon jam session at the TechShop to plan the next Startup Drinks PGH event coming in June, building on our last #SUDPgh event at The Andy Warhol Museum.

Supporting my friend Councilwoman Deb Gross’ relection bid at tonight’s event at Matteo‘s in Lawrenceville.

Tuesday, April 28

Joining the great Bio Breakfast events run by my friend Christian Manders, COO of Promethean LifeSciences.

Attending the #KeepBloomFieldBikesShares event in support of the Mayor’s Bike Share program.

Running dahntahn to connect with Deb Lam on all of the great things she’s doing to move the needle with technology, sustainability, performance and innovation within city government.

Then heading over to Mapping Pgh’s Creative Corridors event at the Pittsburgh Technology Council and catching up with the Audrey Russo on all things Fortyx80.

Wednesday, April 29

We’re hosting Chris Palmisano, Google’s Head of Cloud (Central) today. He’ll be giving a talk at Waffle Wednesday at AlphaLab Gear, enjoying our our “unfair tour” of Pittsburgh’s great amenities, and then giving an evening talk and guest judging for Tepper‘s MBAs.

Thursday, April 30

Supporting our friend Eric Davis who is leading this month’s Carnegie Library Profit with a Purpose at the Squirrel Hill Library.

Meeting up with my friends The Juice Crew to help with their new podcast and related community building efforts they’re planning at The Hardware Store in Allentown.

Coffee with my old Personity compadre, Jonathan Brelsford, who now oversees investments for The Pittsburgh Foundation.

Then, we’re excited to help bring Tech Cocktail back to Pittsburgh this year. Tonight we’ll host over 100 founders, designers, developers, investors and storytellers cheering on 10 presenting startups.

Friday, May 1

Our new Fygment summer associate, Stone Sweiss, begins working with us today.
