WHAT: Polish Hill Arts Festival
WHERE: Brereton and Dobson Streets
WHEN: July 15, noon – 8 p.m.
Why You Should Go:
Can you say “Witamy Do?” A little bit quirky, a little bit Old World, a little bit punk rock, the Polish Hill Arts Festival is one of summer’s most eclectic neighborhood celebrations.
In its grassroots marketplace, 40-plus local artists will sell funky homespun wares, original art, vintage treasures, decor and unique wearables. Edible delights for sale include Spak’s Polish pop-up kitchen, vegan comfort food from Onion Maiden, frozen treats from Popsburgh and much more.
Welcoming all to cozy Polish Hill, the free kid-friendly fest will also feature hands-on activities and live music by the May Day Marching Band, Truth & Rites, Mud City Manglers and others.
