The story begins in a Pittsburgh hospital where Prospero fights breast cancer and moves to a magical island to explore betrayal and forgiveness.
Starring as Prospero is Obie-winning actress and Pittsburgh native Tamara Tunie. Blending wit, physical comedy and magic, this 21st century “Tempest” chronicles a “contemporary woman coming to terms with her fate.”
